After you answered all the initial questions asked by the customer go straight to selling the appointment. Don’t try to sell a car over text or email messages. In most cases, customers will always want to drive the car and look at it in person before finalizing any transaction. Concentrate your efforts on building value in a meeting and give them a clear roadmap on how your appointment will go. “I will have this Toyota RAV4 pulled up front and ready to go for a demo drive. We also just started a new trade program that will help get you the top dollar for your Camry. Will a visit tomorrow at 4:30 pm or 6:00 pm work best for you?”
